Our Omaha Track Welding (OTW) facility designs, manufactures, and services Flash-butt welding equipment used to produce Continuous Welded Rail (CWR).

Flash-butt welding is a critical process for rail continuity and strength and a core component of Omaha Track’s rail maintenance and construction services. This service allows us to provide more comprehensive and efficient solutions for customers seeking enhanced rail integrity and longevity.

We offer both fixed and mobile welding systems:

Fixed – Engineered for high-volume, stationary rail welding applications
requiring consistent quality and precision.

Mobile – Designed for on-site rail welding, providing flexibility and
efficiency for field operations and remote locations.
